I offer fundraising strategies and support through direct outreach and action. Additionally, I offer temporary, interim, and fractional staffing, so if you need help on a specific campaign, project, event, or grant please reach out. I'm here to support your efforts and put in the work for you. I also offer educational services such as curriculum development, outdoor school, educator training, and program delivery. 

I'm a seasoned nonprofit professional and organizational strategist with more than 20 years of experience helping mission-driven organizations grow their revenue, deepen donor relationships, and build the internal capacity to sustain that growth over time. As an executive director of a small nonprofit, I grew the annual revenue by 185% over a decade and expanded the individual donor base by 200%. As a development director a, I increased individual donations by 130% in my first year. I currently manage a portfolio of approximately 1,500 donors for a national nonprofit while running Empirical Consulting and Education LLC. With deep roots in outdoor and environmental education, including curriculum development, place-based and experiential learning, and culturally responsive programming, I bring a rare combination of frontline fundraising skill, executive leadership experience, and education practice for supporting organizations to reach their goals.

My fees vary depending on the services requested but you can generally expect to pay between $25-$125/hour. We can also explore avenues that provide funding for our partnership so the only cost to you is your time talking with me.
